Around the Bay 30k: Week 14, Day 2

10 miles of intervals in shorts? 10 miles of intervals in shorts.

4×1.5/800 @4:10-4:25

Felt pretty good out there today. Ran 10:06, 10:22, 10:18, and 10:15 when I did this work out a few weeks ago, so no complaints.

Really though, I’m not trying to improve my pace so much as stretch my distance. My 30k goal pace is just my actual HM race pace: 4:40/km. So I’m not worried to not be seeing my paces get any faster, so long as the distances are going up. And they are.

Had no idea my legs were that filthy. Awesome.
