Around the Bay 30K: Week 10, Days 2 and 3
A couple easy runs. Easy 12 on Wednesday night cut short because my legs were pretty beat up from long intervals on Tuesday night and Squats Wednesday morning. Easy 12 on Thursday in place of my 10km tempo because I was still pretty tired. Now I get to gut out the tempo run today.
3 days left in the week: 10km tempo, 15km easy, 28km long, and an upper body workout to go.
I busted out the PI’s for Wednesday’s run. Love those shoes.
