Around the Bay 30k: Week 9, Day 5

Easy 12, hilly route.

I ran 6km out and 6 back on the Around the Bay course instead of my usual Waterfront Trail to double-loop of Bayfront Park route. More reps on the Valley Inn Rd. hills = good. 

26km to go tomorrow. Im going to get my first 6 run, 3 lift week. Finally.

Im hurting though, upper calves right behind and below the knees especially.

Rule 5 applies.
