Around the Bay 30k: Week 6, Days 3 & 4

Day 3 (Saturday): Easy 12. Gym-upper.

Day 4 (Sunday): Long 20 w. 4x1km RP intervals.

Nailed both of these runs. However, I did skip 2 days this week- 4 runs instead of 6. But I got three lifts in, so there’s that. I don’t mind the light running week, give my knee some time off. 


Monday: Scheduled- E12, Ran- OFF+Gym.

Tuesday: Sched- 8×800/400 @3:10-3:18/800, Ran- Monday’s E12.

Wed: Sched- OFF, Ran- 8×800/400, 13km total.

Thursday: Sched- 8km tempo, Ran- OFF+Gym

Friday: Sched- E12, Ran- OFF

Saturday: Sched- E12, Ran-E12+Gym

Sunday: Sched- Long 20, Ran, Long 20.

Total km ran: 57km. Weaksauce.

Goals for this week: 6 runs, 3 lifts. Eat more food.
