The Run: Easy 12. Totals: 12km in 1:01, 5:07/km.
Great weather today so I was excited to get out there. Thought about doing tomorrow’s long run today but opted for the easy workout to give the legs a break. I don’t want to start stacking hard workouts this early. I’m glad I went easy, I felt great. Im starting to take easy easy, I think.
