So the schedule is a bit messed up because weather and because holidays. My Sunday long run was completed on Monday, Tuesday was Monday’s easy 10, and Wednesday was off because it was Christmas. Wednesday was supposed to be a hill workout. So Thursday will be either an Easy 10 with hills on Friday or vice-versa.
Bonus: I got a Garmin for Christmas (thanks Dad!), so my data will come from there rather than the RunKeeper/NikePlus duo I was using in the past. I’ll experiment and find out what the best format for this type of post is.
The Run (Tuesday): Easy 10 from my dad’s place down a local snow-covered rail trail. It was fresh powder, maybe an inch. Not enough to make much of a difference.
