I skipped yesterday’s run. Took a 2nd day off this week. My leg/knee was a bit sore from the previous days’ hill/leg workouts and there’s no point pushing it on week 2 of 18. There’s lots of time left to go hard.
The Run: Easy 10km.
I did a couple 100-200m pickups along the way. It’s nice to really get the legs turning over.
Gym: Nah. I slept in and they closed early. I was more worried about negotiating the freezing rain storm we’re supposed to be having than getting in two workouts today.
Next up: Long run tomorrow. They’re calling for more freezing rain. I kinda the runs in miserable miserable weather. +2 to toughness.
